Britney Spears' two-year-old son Jayden James is in good health after being hospitalized with an allergic reaction, according to reports. The singer’s younger child was taken to a medical center because he became "itchy and irritable." But he is now said to be “doing fine,” a source tells People magazine. Spears wrote on her MySpace, “Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th." Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow."
