Britney Spears generated a big stir when she left an LA store wearing a blouse that she hadn’t paid for. The 26-year-old star was shopping at the fancy Fred Segal boutique in Melrose Avenue when she "forgot" to pay for the $200 top she was wearing when she walked out the place. A shopper tells UK tabloid The Sun, “Britney seemed to be in a daze. She rushed around looking at coats and bags and then left with her gang of 25 people.“The staff were just staring at each other, then said ‘I think she’s taken a top’. There was chaos outside with fans and police.” This was not the first time Britney was involved in a shoplifting scandal.
