BRITNEY SHOWS OFF DARKER LOCKS

Britney Spears is back to her black hair. The Womanizer star showed off her darker locks while leaving the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood on Monday (Dec. 28). In other news, an LA judge has ruled out that Brit’s father Jamie Spears, will continue to receive $16,000 a month as her conservator.
