The singer attended Saturday at Jenny McCarthy's Generation Rescue event in benefit of autism research and surprised people around with her so much improved look and attitude. An onlooker impressed by Britney’s recovery, commented she was "definitely looked happy" and was "smiling a lot" while sipping wine at her table. Other source told People "she was very into the information," when she was sat close to her assistant Brett. This was the star’s first public appearance since the custody battle of last week.
