BRITNEY HITS BACK TO BODYGUARD’S SEXUAL HARASSMENT ACCUSATIONS
Britney Spears firmly denies accusations of sexual harassment, made by ex-bodyguard. The Toxic singer responded to the lawsuit presented by former bodyguard Fernando Flores, who claimed that the singer strolled naked in front of him. “This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself,” reads a statement on her official website. “The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Flores' accusations and have closed the case without any further action. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts.” Flores also accused Britney of unwanted sexual advances towards him and hitting one of her sons with a belt.
