Britney Spears notifies the paparazzi about her movements, claims one of the snappers. According to Alison Silva, the singer tips off the press about her escapades, and keeps a frequent contact with them. Britney even apologized after four photographers were arrested while chasing her in Los Angeles last week. She explained, "Britney is in on it. She calls the paparazzi before she goes out. We know 15 minutes before she leaves the house. It's all staged. She followed, "One of them told me that Britney sent him a text message and said she was sorry. She tried to talk the cops into not arresting them. Money, fame, the excitement. It's part of her life."
